The spa service is very good, Marina is always the lady that made my facial , she is the best , Chris made my massage, and it was the best really, no complain, I also went to the salon , Gina was always good , not this time, the highlights she made were so bad, the color too orange , look like brass, horrible, and also I don’t know what she did but she burned my hair out, I’m really disappointed, now I will have to pay to someone else to fix what she ruined .. every time when I see my hair I just wanna scream, orange and burn…for the spa I’d like to give 5 stars but for the salon 1, so I’ll give 3. I was assigned a locker, got my slippers and robe, changed, showered and sat in the lounge. I met Darius and he was courteous, polite and professional. He could have played basketball (he was very tall ~ 6'5”+). He gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage along with a good stretch. I felt so good afterwards I commended him to the manager (yes, I pulled a ”Karen” but in a positive way). His service was exemplary and when I return I will demand that he is working that day.
